March has a rare kind of momentum. It’s National Sleep Awareness Month, National Nutrition Month, and Women’s History Month, and March 18 is National Workforce Well-Being Day. Honestly, the stars couldn’t line up better; it’s the perfect time to spotlight the practices that protect our energy, our health, and our resilience.
Because I’ve spent 25+ years in sleep medicine and returned to graduate training in nutrition and integrative health, I founded Sleep & Nutritional Wellness, LLC (SNW) to help professionals and communities reclaim their rhythm. This year I’ve decided to make March SNW’s first official “legacy month,” a time for focused resources, small surprises, and special opportunities to support better sleep and smarter eating in real life.
What to expect: Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing tools, a few limited offers, and resources shaped for healthcare workers, shift workers, and busy professionals who need practical, evidence-forward strategies, with no fluff. I’ll also be highlighting workplace wellbeing ideas ahead of March 18.
One last note. The next regular issue of the D.R.E.A.M. Digest™ lands in your inbox on March 17, 2026. Issue 2, R is for Rhythm, will include practical tips for aligning your day to your internal clock and a few tiny, high-impact changes that add up.
